Diapers are free of charge for all Diaper Bank eligible CalWORKs families.
Who is eligible for diapers?
Eligible CalWORKs families with children under the age of 3 are eligible for the diaper bank. Eligible families will receive a letter from CalWORKs with instructions on how to participate.
Where do I get the diapers?
At 16 designated family resource centers in San Francisco; the locations and diaper distribution hours are listed here.
What do I need to bring to the family resource center to receive diapers?
Bring your EBT card and a valid government issued ID card (e.g., driver’s license, Consular ID card).
What if I don’t have a valid government issued ID?

What if I lost my EBT card?
Call the CalWORKs Service Center at 415-557-5100 to request a new card and it can be issued the same day at 170 Otis Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.
What if I am on Cal-Learn?
If you are on Cal-Learn and have a child under age 3, you are eligible for diapers. Bring your eligibility letter to a participating family resource center during diaper distribution hours.
How many diapers will I get?
Each eligible child may receive up to 6 packages of diapers each month.
